What are the most common questions or concerns customers have before buying your arch supports?
A frequent question is: Should I use the orthotics all day right away when I get them? No, we suggest getting used to them gradually is recommended. We recommend using them for about 2 hours the first day and gradually increase your time of use over the next several days. Once comfortable with walking on them all day, one can then advance to running and jumping sports.
What problems do your arch supports solve for your customers? (e.g., foot pain, sports performance, etc.)
Our orthotics often help treat medical issues related to arch strain (excessive pronation) in both stance and gait. They can also help reduce general foot pain and fatigue while having the added advantage of improved muscle efficiency, which is also helpful in many sports.
What's one thing you want customers to know about arch supports that they might not realize?
Although we strongly believe in our product, there are times when orthotics arch supports can cause increased pain in various parts of the body. If you use our product and try to gradually get used to them and yet, they are causing increased pain anywhere in your body, please discontinue using them and you can return them within 30 days for a full refund. Thank you!
What makes your return and support process easy and trustworthy for customers?
We offer a full refund if the product (pair of arch supports/orthotics) is returned to us within 30 days of the shipping date. After 30 days, we do not accept returns. We also offer free shipping on single pair arch support purchases. If more sets are purchased there is sometimes a small shipping fee. At this time, we also will add shipping fees to orders outside of the United States of America. Thank you!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Arch Armor Foot Supports Orthotics does ship internationally. Please note that there will be a shipping fee applied to all orders outside of the United States of America.
Shipping fee will be based on location of shipment. Customer will be notified prior to shipping.
